Ben is the host of Canvas Conversations, an MMA podcast. Ben started Canvas Conversations around the same time GLR launched, we talk about what it took for each show to get off the ground and what it's like in the podcast world. Ben works for Pure Spectrum, a hemp company, and we will talk about the benefits and side effects of CBD along with the legal status in the United States. Ben has his debut MMA fight this Friday, August 24, at Cage Combat 32. What's it like preparing for a fight? Ben has a deep background in wresting and has trained in MMA for a while, we will dig into this and so much more.
